In accordance with North Dakota State Law this individual must register as a sexual offender or an offender against children.

The offender is not wanted by the police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court. This notification is not intended to increase fear in the community.

Information narrative: Mr. Scarberry is a lifetime high risk offender due to a conviction of Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor on April 30, 2007 in Clermont County, Ohio. Mr. Scarberry had a consensual sexual relationship with a 15 year old female when he was 19 years of age. Mr. Scarberry recently moved to his new address.
