Devils Lake Man Pleads Guilty to Assault

A Devils Lake man pleaded guilty today to a charge of striking, beating and wounding. According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, in October 2010, Zev Boyd Rush, 32, assaulted another man in his home with a metal collapsible baton.

Rush faces a maximum sentence of six months in prison. He will be sentenced in April.
