The individual whose name appears on this notification has been convicted of a crime against a child or an attempted crime against a child, or has pleaded guilty to a sexual offense. In accordance with North Dakota State Law this individual must register as a sexual offender or an offender against children.

The offender is not wanted by the police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court. This notification is not intended to increase fear in the community.

Information narrative: In 2009, Mr. Bigshield was convicted in Sioux County, ND, in Federal Court for Abuse or Sexual Contact with a victim under 12. The victim was an eight year old male. As a result of this conviction, Mr. Bigshield is required to Register as a Sex Offender. A risk level has not yet been assigned. Mr. Bigshield moved 100 6th Ave SE Mandan, ND on 01/30/2013.
