Trespassers on top of Kirkwood Mall

Bismarck police arrested a 22 year old Gladstone man after a security officer heard him walking on top of Kirkwood Mall early on New Year`s Day. The officer said she heard several people on the roof, and yelled at them to come down. The men ran in several different directions, and a nearby officer saw one of them running across south 3rd street towards the Ramkota.

He was caught and arrested on charges of criminal trespass, fleeing from an officer and possession of marijuana.
