Governor Presents Proposal for Budget | Video

Governor Dalrymple told the 63rd legislative assembly that North Dakota is reaping the benefits of extraordinary economic times. The budget he presented this morning neither borrows or bonds money and includes no new taxes or fees. The estimated ending balance for the general fund in 2015 is projected to be $81 million.
