Schaffhausen to Appear in Court Today

The man charged with killing his three young daughters inside their River Falls, Wisconsin will appear in court today. Aaron Schaffhausen is scheduled to go on trial for three counts of intentional homicide and one count of attempted arson.

Monday`s motion hearing will focus on what evidence can go to trial.

Schaffhausen and his attorney have until December 14 to decide whether to plead guilty by reason of insanity.
