Hostess Says Goodbye | Video

Hostess, the maker of Twinkies, is going out of business. The company was founded in 1930 and has bakeries and distribution centers across the country, including here in Bismarck. Union workers have recently gone on strike forcing the company to shut down.

The company plans to lay off the majority of its 18,000 workers. It plans to continue delivering products, and stores will be open for several more days.

Employees at the store here in Bismarck declined comment.
