Staiger to Retire

The Bismarck-Mandan Development Association has announced president Russell Staiger will retire this summer. Russell joined the BMDA Development Association as the president in 1980.

Since then he has guided and created one of the strongest local economic environments in the Upper Midwest.

Russell and the BMDA Executive Committee will develop a recruitment process for his replacement.
