Cease and Desist Order Issued Against Hemp Horizonz | Video

The State Attorney General`s Office has issued a cease and desisit order against two Minot head shops. Joesph Skorick and his employees at both locations of Hemp Horizonz are being accused of selling synthetic drugs.

The drugs are packaged as bath salts or incense and labeled "Not for human consumption."

According to the Attorney General`s Office, that`s exactly how they`re being used. The office issued the same cease and desist order yesterday against a head shop in Mandan.

Officials say they`ve been getting tips from all over the state about shops selling synthetic drugs.
