Christmann Wins PSC | Video

Jennifer Joas | 11/7/2012

With the Bakken oil play growing ever larger, the Public Service Commission seat carries a lot of weight. The PSC approves major infrastructure projects, including pipelines. Randy Christmann was elected to the seat being vacated by Kevin Cramer.

Christmann says he doesn`t plan on any big changes. The only thing that may differ is his agriculture background.

"I might hear the farmers and ranchers side in a little bit different way than someone who hasn`t made a living in that industry for years and years," he said.

Christmann received 54 percent of the vote.
