| The Bismarck Police Department has released information about a convicted sex offender, who has moved to a new address. The offender is not wanted by the police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court. Name: Brandon Lee Abner Age: 26 Description: White male, 6` 6", 198 pounds, brown hair and blue eyes Address: 700 S. 12th St. #208, Bismarck, N.D. Abner is a moderate risk offender who recently moved to Bismarck. In May of 2007 he was convicted of corruption of a minor in Ward County for having sexual relations with a 15-year-old female when he was 22 years of age. |
