The student agricultural group, FFA, isn`t just for farm kids anymore, that`s how Central Campus sophomore Shonda Gasnann put it. This week is National FFA week and FFA members are hosting events throughout the week, like the root beer float sale they had Monday, to introduce people to the club. Gasnann says FFA, is an excellent way to learn life skills.
"FFA is fun. Thanks to FFA, I have broken out of my shell. I have learned to speak in public and that`s all thanks to FFA," says Gasnann.
On Tuesday, the Central Campus FFA will be hosting an Alumni Pie Sale from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. |
